Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to support customers across multiple locations in Florida. The role involves evaluating storage needs, recommending packing supplies, and ensuring units are ready to rent through daily inspections.

Daily duties include handling payments, cash drawers, and deposits, with mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. Flexible, full-time schedules and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations and conduct business.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability so spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
