Job summary

Public Storage in Metairie, LA is hiring a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside. Earn $14.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, process payments, and help collect overdue balances. Mileage reimbursement is provided and bonuses are available for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily routine.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections when required.
