Job summary

Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is hiring now for Property Managers. Earn $15.00 per hour with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, upselling packing supplies, inspecting units, and handling cash drawers and deposits while traveling between properties. Mileage reimbursement is provided and bonuses are possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail or restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties and/or work locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
