Job summary

Public Storage in Colorado is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations. Earn $18.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing supplies, and maintaining unit readiness.

Qualifications emphasize experience in customer-service driven sales and a valid driver’s license. Mileage reimbursement is provided and bonuses are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
