Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in Fort Collins, CO, with independence and a focus on customer needs. You will assess storage requirements, upsell packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

This role offers flexible full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends until 5pm), mileage reimbursement, potential on-site housing at certain locations, a benefits package, and performance-based bonuses. Travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and handle reminders/collections when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
