Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to operate across multiple sites, balancing customer service with sales and administrative duties. You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready for rent through routine inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and assisting customers with payments and delinquency reminders. Travel between properties and varied outdoor/indoor work are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between sites and conduct business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple properties independently, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments, make reminder and collection calls when needed.
