Job summary

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager in Missouri. Earn $16.50 per hour with full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm, weekends til 5pm. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between properties.

Benefits for full-time employees accrue after 20+ hours weekly and include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time and flex spending. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, monitoring inventory, auditing cash drawers, and collections calls to keep payments

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
