Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple sites, handling customer needs, upselling packing supplies, and ensuring spaces are ready for rent. You will inspect units, manage cash, and assist customers with payments and delinquency communications.

The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties with a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and bonuses are possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Ability to work across multiple properties with flexible full-time scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers with payments, reminders, and delinquency follow-ups as required.
