Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple sites, assessing customer storage needs and recommending packing supplies. You will manage daily operations and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role offers flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), mileage reimbursement for travel, and benefits after averaging 20+ hours. Performance-based bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license and use of own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
