Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Minnesota. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily inspections, and manage financial tasks such as cash handling and deposits.

Successful candidates come from service-based sales backgrounds and hold a valid driver’s license to travel between properties. Mileage reimbursement is provided, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience across customer service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or similar).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when needed.
