Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside our facilities. You will assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies, perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, deposits, and help keep payments current while traveling between properties.

The role offers a Total Rewards package including flexible/full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends till 5pm),

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, service-based).
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain payments with customers and make reminder/collection calls when required.
