Job summary

Public Storage in Meriden, CT is hiring a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to keep spaces ready for rent.

You’ll audit cash drawers, process deposits, and help customers with payments, including reminder and collection calls when required. A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations for packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits.
