Storage Star Management is seeking a Self Storage Store Manager to be the friendly face of our locations, oversee daily operations, and ensure top customer service. You’ll rent units, process payments, and maintain security while supporting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and walk the entire facility daily.
• Comfort with light maintenance and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of our company, assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Manage daily operations, including renting units, processing payments, and ensuring security.
• Meet company and site sales goals while providing outstanding service.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility in top shape.
• Conduct daily lock checks to ensure security and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with training new hires and help them acclimate to processes.
• Handle occasional off-site errands and travel to other locations as needed.

In this position, you will oversee daily operations, maintain facility security and cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.

Work Schedule:

Shifts varies weekly, 5 days a week, hours are:

• Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:0 0 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No late nights or early mornings!
