Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, handling customer needs, selling packing supplies, and ensuring units are ready to rent. The role includes cash handling, payments follow-ups, and occasional transportation between sites.

This position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and comfort working outdoors part of the time. Prior customer service-based sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate persuasively and handle transactions accurately.
• Must be able to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
