Job summary

Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations, with full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Daily cash handling, deposits, and maintaining payments with reminders are also part of the role. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and earnings start at $16.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility after 20+

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
