Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at multiple locations in the Lititz area. You will assess customer storage needs, recommend packing supplies, and ensure units are ready to rent.

Expect to travel between properties, perform daily inspections, and handle cash deposits. The role offers flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), mileage reimbursement, and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Ability to travel between properties using own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure units are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers with payments and follow up on overdue balances.
