Job summary

Public Storage is hiring now for Property Manager roles across multiple locations in the Olympia area. Earn $20.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6:00pm, weekends until 5pm.

You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily inspections, manage cash drawers and deposits, and assist customers with payments. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
