Job summary

Go Store It is seeking an Area Manager to lead from the front across the Northeast region in a dynamic multi-site environment. You will drive customer experience, develop high-performing teams, and optimize operations across locations with travel required.

In this role, you’ll manage budgets, analyze performance data, and partner with HR, Marketing, Facilities, and Call Center teams to achieve growth targets while maintaining safety and service standards.

As an Area Manager, you’ll take a top-to-bottom leadership approach—owning the customer experience, team development, and operational excellence across your district.

Lead & Inspire

• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, customer-focused teams

Drive Performance

• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage expenses, optimize budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies

Own Operations

• Oversee facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and cleanliness standards
