In order to be eligible for hire, candidates must perform various tasks both in the store and around the station. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning, adhering to all federal and state laws regarding the sale of tobacco, lottery, and alcohol, and stocking. Additionally, employees must learn safety procedures for station pumps in emergencies. Duties will be assigned during training by management. All cashiers are expected to greet customers with respect and professionalism, and to arrive on time.

Required Skills

• Effective communication skills with all customers and staff.
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
• Ability to complete tasks promptly.
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience preferred.
• Availability to work a fixed schedule; station operates every day of the year. Requests for days off should be made at least two weeks in advance.
