Lakeshore Sport & Fitness seeks a Construction Manager to oversee projects across our Midwest clubs in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison, WI. You will create schedules, coordinate crews, and collaborate with General Managers and Operations Directors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high safety standards.

• Experience with construction trades and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director of Facilities to read project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Create and manage schedules; monitor attendance of the crew
• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members, contractors, and other workers according to priorities and plans
• Emphasize safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of safety gear, like helmets and goggles
