Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant construction experience
• 2-year construction-related degree or equivalent training/experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with scheduling and cost control
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
• Proficiency in Excel and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam)
• Mechanical/technical aptitude
• BS in Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise field crews, logistics, manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and daily work plans
• Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, RFIs, and field orders
• Promote and enforce site safety with the Safety Department and weekly inspections
• Prepare daily reports detailing progress, conditions, and challenges
• Hold subcontractors accountable to project plans and commitments
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for specs compliance
• Lead project quality control including inspections and testing
• Provide hands-on support as needed based on workload and project demands
