Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a collections specialist to manage patient and insurer account arrears by phone, mail, and in person. You will work with patients to arrange payment plans while maintaining compliant, compassionate service.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in collections or an Associate's Degree in Business; preferred is a BS in Business or Accounting, healthcare experience, and 2 years in collections or billing.

Qualifications

• 1a. One (1) year experience in collection, OR b. Associate's Degree in Business.
• PREFERRED: 1. B.S. degree in Business or Accounting. 2. Prior hospital or healthcare experience. 3. Two (2) years experience in collection, billing, or related field.
