Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a collections specialist to secure payments from patients and insurers by phone, mail, or in person. This role supports our Atlanta, GA operations and requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:45pm, with a performance-driven environment. Minimum qualifications include at least 1 year in collections or an Associate's Degree in Business; preferred candidates hold a BS in Business or Accounting and/or hospital

• One year experience in collection, OR Associate's Degree in Business.
• BS in Business or Accounting; prior hospital or healthcare experience; two years experience in collection, billing, or related field.
