You will greet guests, guide them to spots, collect fees, and maintain equipment while keeping a professional appearance and demeanor. This role requires flexibility for nights, holidays, and weekends in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a similar guest service role within a luxury hotel, high-end resort, or upscale establishment.
• Cash handling experience and the ability to manage transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
• Proficiency in using valet parking systems.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide guests to available parking spaces, ensuring efficient use of parking areas
• Accurately collect parking fees from guests, issue receipts, and maintain a secure cash handling process
• Monitor the self-parking facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment
• Manage vehicular traffic to ensure smooth flow and prioritize pedestrian safety
• Verify and process parking validations or discounts as per the property's policies
• Provide information about parking rates, payment options, and any other relevant details to guests
• Address guest concerns or issues related to parking with empathy and efficiency, finding timely resolutions or escalating matters
• Maintain a professional appearance, wearing a well-maintained uniform and name tag
• Foster positive guest relations by being approachable, courteous, and attentive to their parking needs
• Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

• Accurately collect parking fees from guests, issue receipts, and maintain a secure cash handling process
• Monitor the self-parking facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment (e.g., ticket dispensers, payment machines)
• Manage vehicular traffic to ensure smooth flow and prioritize pedestrian safety
• Verify and process parking validations or discounts as per the property's policies
• Provide information about parking rates, payment options, and any other relevant details to guests
• Address guest concerns or issues related to parking with empathy and efficiency, finding timely resolutions or escalating matters to the Supervisor or relevant management
• Maintain a professional appearance, wearing a well-maintained uniform and name tag
• Foster positive guest relations by being approachable, courteous, and attentive to their parking needs
• Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
