Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled translator of benefits into clear, compliant plan language for self-funded plans. You will analyze, draft, edit, and review SPDs, amendments, SBCs and restates while ensuring regulatory compliance across federal and state laws.

You will work with internal teams to improve information quality and implement department projects, contributing to onboarding and refresher trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experienced in reviewing SBC documents, interpreting benefit structures, and converting benefit information into clear, accurate, and comprehensive plan documentation.
• 1-2 years of extensive plan writing experience supporting self-funded or fully insured plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate benefit information into crisp, compliant plan language for self-funded plans.
• Draft, edit and review legal plan documentation (SPDs, amendments, SBCs).
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in all plan communications.
