Job summary

kanrad is seeking a Self-Direction Program Specialist in Dallas to lead the implementation of KanTime’s Self-Directed Services platform. You will guide clients through onboarding, setup, and go-live processes and train stakeholders on SDS workflows.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Self-Directed Services and a strong understanding of Medicaid waiver programs. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to travel occasionally for onsite training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Self-Directed Services or FMS programs.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and EVV.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of KanTime’s Self-Directed Services platform.
• Train staff and stakeholders on SDS workflows.
• Configure system components specific to SDS.
