National Church Residences is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to supervise, provide and direct rehabilitation services in accordance with policy. The role offers schedule flexibility with no on-call or weekends and mileage reimbursement.

Locations supported include South Franklin County and Fairfield County; requires Ohio PT licensure and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Doctorate, Master or B.S. in Physical Therapy.
• Two to four years of experience preferred.
• Current Ohio license to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and treats residents using therapeutic activities to improve daily living.
• Develops and evaluates care plans with patients and caregivers.
• Supervises PT assistants and home health aides as applicable.
• Ensures timely documentation per facility policy.
