JOB OVERVIEW:

Provide differentiated instruction with a variety of assessments in an environment conducive to learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires an LBS1 Endorsement.
  • Completed/submitted online application, resumé, and letters of recommendation.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License or other required license.
  • Experience teaching the specific class preferred; recent coursework or student teaching considered.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of content and standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom climate.
  • Utilize instructional management systems.
  • Differentiate instruction and monitor progress.
  • Supervise assistants and volunteers.
