Reports to Building Principal. The role involves developing and implementing IEPs, assessing students, and coordinating with para-educators and families to strengthen student progress and attendance.

Formación

• Valid Arkansas certification in Special Education.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the needs of individual students.
• Determine students' strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop behavior management programs for individual students as needed.
• Maintain and utilize data collection to monitor and analyze student progress.
• Develop an individual education plan for each student based on diagnostic/assessment data.
• Plan, prescribe and direct the learning activities of students.
