Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in daily classroom operations and provide a supportive learning environment.
• Assist with behavior management and medical needs of students.
• Supervise students throughout the workday.
• Assist with feeding students and their self-feeding.
• Assist with special toileting needs.
• Monitor students in buses, cafeteria, inclusion classrooms and hallways.
• Sanitize room and equipment.
• Help plan and prepare instructional materials.
• Work with small groups to reinforce material under supervision.
• Follow McAllen ISD customer service standards.
