Qualifications

• Experience as a Cashier and Bagger.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Basic technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle difficult situations effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple registers at a time.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Provide guidance on using self-checkout machines and assist with scanning, payments, and bagging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with self-checkout equipment.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Monitor transactions and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in trainings and meetings.
