The role emphasizes hands-on coding, test strategy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of applications using AI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience with Selenium Java automation testing.
• Experience with TestNG framework and Java development.
• Proficiency in API testing and Rest Assured automation.
• Experience with Kafka testing and test data creation/management.
• Experience adopting AI agents for testing activities.
• Familiarity with ALM and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SDLC and testing processes.
• Experience in automation framework development and maintenance.
• Ability to perform functional and regression test automation.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and support design discussions to guide development teams.
• Contribute to coding and integrate new features with focus on stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate fixes.
• Create user training materials and support documentation for new apps.
• Help resolve production issues and suggest preventive measures for reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
