Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Otsego, MN is hiring a Warehouse Selector IV to fill customer orders by pulling full-case products from warehouse slots, reading labels, and moving items to the dock.

This role demands organization, teamwork, safety awareness and attention to detail. Requires 18+ years old and a HS diploma or GED preferred; English literacy required. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 am start, 8–10 hour days. Benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires reading, writing and understanding English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description and quantity.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury and product damage.

• Pay Rate: $23.75 per hour.
• Monday-Friday with start time of 8 am. Shifts will last 8 to 10 hours.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Selector IV:

The Warehouse Selector IV fills customer orders for full-case products by pulling cases from warehouse storage slots.

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
