Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV to efficiently pick full-case orders and prepare them for shipment. You will read labels, locate products, and transport cases using powered equipment while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read, write, and understand English. Competitive benefits begin after day 60 and include medical, dental, and vision options.

• Pay Rate: $23.37per hour.


• Monday - Friday 7am

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Selector IV:

The Warehouse Selector IV fills customer orders for full-case products by pulling cases from warehouse storage slots.

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.


• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.


• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.


• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.


• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.


• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
