Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV in Ohio. You will read/scan labels to identify locations and quantities, pull items, and move them to the dock using powered equipment. The role emphasizes safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation, holidays, and 401(k) with profit sharing. Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am start; shifts 8–10 hours with production targets.

Benefits You Can Count On

• Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour.


• Schedule: Monday through Friday


• Start Time: 8:00 am until the end of production. Once production is met, the shift is released. Shifts can be between 8-10 hrs.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.


• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.


• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
