Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Florida is hiring a Warehouse Selector II to join our Ocala distribution center. You will read or scan labels, identify slot locations and quantities, pull correct items, and prepare totes or boxes for shipment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

This full‑time role offers a daytime 1st shift with a strong safety culture, competitive benefits after 60 days, vacation and sick leave accrual, and clear paths for advancement within our nationwide logistics network.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• .read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed).
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
