McLane Company, Inc. in Brookhaven, Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV to read labels, pick items, and move full cases to the dock using powered equipment.

This is a first-shift, full‑time position with room for advancement in a safety‑conscious warehouse. The role pays $18.75 per hour with benefits that start after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks safely and effectively.

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full‑case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

• Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour.
• 1st shift; 6:00 am start time; out time depends on volume for the day.
