McLane Company, Inc is hiring a Warehouse Selector IV in Northfield, MN for a full-time day shift. You will read or scan labels to identify slot locations, pull correct quantities, and move cases to the dock using powered equipment. Emphasis on safety and accurate inspections is essential.

Qualifications

• Pay Rate: Grade 4S: $23.75 per hour + $1.00 Perishable Premium per hour.
• Start Time: 4:30AM or 6:00AM.
• Monday to Friday

What you'll do as a Warehouse Selector IV:

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
