Job summary

Mclane Company, Inc. in Lakewood, WA is hiring a Warehouse Selector III. You will read labels, determine needed quantities, and pull items for each order, moving product through the line with appropriate equipment. You’ll contribute to efficient order fulfillment while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and able to read/write English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.
• Accurate visual inspection skills required.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote to complete orders.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product using powered equipment when needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

• Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour.
• Monday to Friday 12:00 a.m. start time.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Selector III:

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.

• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product, using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
