McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector II in Baldwinsville, NY. The role involves reading labels, selecting correct quantities, and preparing orders for shipment within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will operate safely on a day shift, with benefits beginning after 60 days and opportunities for advancement across a long-standing nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

• Pay Rate: $18.25 to $22.25 per hour.
• Sunday - Thursday, 5am start

What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Selector II

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed).
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
