Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector II to join our Contoocook, NH distribution team. This full-time, first-shift role focuses on accurate item selection, safe handling, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll read labels, pull products, move totes along conveyors, and uphold safety standards while supporting a collaborative team culture backed by industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English sufficiently to perform tasks safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description and quantity for orders.
• Pull correct quantities from slots and place in tote/box.
• Move totes/boxes along a conveyor line and continue until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

• Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour.
• (6am M-F)

What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Selector II

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed).
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
