Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in New Jersey is hiring a Warehouse Selector II to join our safety‑driven, team‑oriented distribution network.

You’ll read or scan labels to identify slot location, quantity, and product description, and you’ll pull the correct items from slots, placing them into totes or boxes for shipment while walking a conveyor line and ensuring accuracy and safety. This full‑time overnight position offers a wage between $20.65 and $26.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential,

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete (multiple totes or boxes may be needed).
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

Benefits You Can Count On

• Pay Rate: $20.65 to $26.00 per hour.


• Shift differentials $1.00 per hour.


• Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday from 2:30am to Finish
