Summary of Position

The Logistics Center Selector is responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently picking and assembling products to fulfill customer orders based on demand. This role may include handling Value Added Services requested by customers, as well as unloading and assembling products from inbound containers onto pallets.

Responsibilities

1. Pick, sort, and segregate materials from inbound containers and storage locations.
2. Perform basic Value-Added Service tasks for customer orders.
3. Follow all safety protocols in the Logistics Center.
4. Maintain the condition of the Logistics Center according to Supply Chain standards.
5. Promote company culture and values through communication, teamwork, and respectful treatment.
6. Operate motorized pallet jacks safely, including pre-shift inspections and safety procedures.
7. Use warehouse management systems and radio frequency devices for picking.
8. Assemble orders and perform Value-Added Services such as labeling, applying placards, and configuring special pallets.
9. Follow proper picking procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize damage.
10. Adhere to productivity standards and log into necessary computer programs.
11. Unload products from containers/trailers, segregate, and stack based on receiving instructions.
12. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the Logistics Center.
13. Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
14. Conduct cycle counts as instructed.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
