Baptist Health in Downtown Jacksonville is seeking a Seizure Monitoring Technologist for a full-time days shift. You will provide 24-hour visual monitoring of seizure patients in the Neuro ICU and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit via a remote video system, with interventions as needed.

You will maintain monitoring equipment, communicate with the Comprehensive Epilepsy team, and contribute to care planning and education for patients and families. ABRET certification and LTM experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and ABRET certification.
• Registered in Continuous Long-Term Monitoring (LTM) preferred.
• Experience with EEG monitoring and patient education is required.

This is a Full-Time Days shift.As the Seizure Monitoring Technologist, you will provide 24-hour visual monitoring, and subsequent intervention when indicated, of seizure patients in the Neuro ICU and EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) via a remote video system. You will also maintain components of the monitoring system and communicate with staff and members of the Comprehensive Epilepsy team assigned to a patient regarding the patient's seizure status.
