Job summary

Clayco SEI is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex building and process-system projects on-site across nationwide sites, including structural, mechanical, electrical scopes. You will manage staff, schedule, safety, quality, and cost from planning through turnover.

The role requires 6–10 years' experience in large-scale construction ($25M+) with strong leadership and a drive for results. Travel is expected; safety-sensitive role with background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, Arch or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices and technology.
• Strong safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience leading a successful project management team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute budget, timeline, quality control plan and overall project execution plan.
• Coordinate site logistics plan with Project Superintendent.
• Manage permits, installation readiness for self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
• Contract management for installation subcontractors and subcontractor buyout.
• Review POs and negotiate terms; communicate expectations to field operations.
• Maintain project schedule and cost control; develop cost reports.
• Oversee design trades and accountability for schedule/coordination/document control.
• Ensure owner coordination and project close-out processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related degree preferred
