RBFCU Seguin Branch is seeking a full‑time Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to members and prospective members in Seguin, TX. The role blends Teller and Personal Banker duties, handling transactions, building relationships, and educating customers on RBFCU products.

Employees can earn an additional $2.00 per hour upon the successful completion of the RBFCU Bilingual Spanish/English certification. The Seguin branch is located at: 1600 E Court St. Seguin, TX 78155. As a Branch Member Service Representative (MSR) you will be the face of RBFCU, providing exceptional service to our members and prospective members in a role that combines both Teller and Personal Banker functions. You’ll engage with our members and prospective members to build relationships, utilize your problem-solving skills to identify needs, and educate them on products and services that will improve their financial well-being and quality of life. You’ll review deposit products for fraud and risk, while assessing each interaction for potential impersonation to mitigate fraud losses for the organization.
