What You'll Be Doing...

As part of the Global America’s Segment Marketing Team, you will be responsible for aligning marketing strategies and program execution in collaboration with stakeholder marketing teams in support of GE America’s priorities. You will define marketing and sales needs, coordinate efforts to drive the development of content, programs, messaging and base retention and demand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales activation programs including GTM product launches & enhancements in collaboration with partner teams (Product Campaigns, Pricing, Demand Generation, Base & Growth, etc.).
    • Collaborate and partner with marketing strategy team to define campaign objectives, represent seller needs and establish a cohesive campaign approach.
    • Identify and create assets to support sales lead generation including curating and creating content, customer outreach automation and ongoing feedback loop to improve campaign performance.
    • Responsible for creating and measuring marketing KPIs to demonstrate impact from sales activation & executive positioning programs.
    • Familiarity with Verizon Velocity Selling principles and ability to incorporate and align framework with creation of marketing deliverables.
    • Work closely with Segment Enablement and partner to present marketing strategies and receive feedback from senior leadership.
  • Evaluate marketing program effectiveness & identify opportunities
    • Analyze customer and segment data from various data points to create meaningful insights into root cause from leading indicator reporting.
    • Understand sales challenges and opportunities for success through both data and direct sales feedback.
    • Leverage buyer insights to identify contact personas, secure new meetings and opportunity creation aligned to business outcomes.
    • Ability to visually represent marketing strategy and process for multiple audiences including senior executives.

You have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects to deliver work that is on strategy, on time and aligned with Global Enterprise growth initiatives. You understand enterprise sales concepts, practices, and challenges in today’s business environment. You can collaborate and lead cross functional teams in pursuit of program & product launches. You have an ability to understand data, pull out insights and visualize to demonstrate gaps or successes aligned to initiatives and engagement. You identify early leading indicators with quick capacity to pivot a team and adjust to the needs of the business. You are a strategic thinker who can ideate both independently and collaboratively to come up with new ideas or ways to improve results.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Enterprise B2B marketing experience including creation and execution of successful marketing programs and campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with visual storytelling and ability to create clear and concise presentations.
  • Experience with the tools we use to communicate: MS Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience in solution areas such as 5g Mobility, Advanced Networking, Security, and Collaboration tools (e.g., Webex, MS Teams).
  • Experience with Outreach and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep, trust-based business relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $105,000.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.
