SEG-Analyst, Process Analysis - Controls

As an Analyst in Process Analysis – Controls within the Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will support safeguarding financial systems through SOx compliance, improving internal controls, and ensuring policy alignment across workflows, approvals, and system access rights.

Your Responsibilities

1. Analyze and improve financial controls, including user access, segregation of duties, and workflow approvals.
2. Support audit activities by identifying gaps and testing controls.
3. Develop testing criteria and assist in remediating non-compliant processes.
4. Design and standardize control-related reporting and documentation.
5. Collaborate with digital, finance, and compliance teams to align systems with policies and regulations.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internal controls, SOx compliance, or audit.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Familiarity with policy governance, signature authority, and system access controls.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Preferred location near Denver, Colorado; candidates from regional offices or site locations will also be considered.
• Collaboration across global, regional, and site teams, across multiple time zones.
• Salary range in Colorado: USD $89,760 - 117,810, based on experience and qualifications.
