Your Impact

As an Analyst Process – Accounts Payable (AP) & Travel and Expense (T&E) within the Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will drive process efficiency and compliance by analyzing AP and T&E workflows, supporting system improvements, and helping standardize financial operations across Newmont’s global supply chain.

As Part of Our Team, You Will
  • Analyze AP and T&E processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
  • Develop and test business requirements for ERP and expense systems (e.g., SAP, Concur)
  • Collaborate with teams on standardizing global payment and expense processes
  • Support policy development and ensure alignment with compliance standards
  • Contribute to consistent and accurate financial reporting structures
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance service delivery
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or T&E processing
  • Familiarity with ERP and expense management systems (SAP, Concur, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in global, cross-functional finance or supply chain environments
  • Ability to work with technical teams and interpret compliance requirements
Your Work Environment
  • The preferred location for candidates isnear our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near ourregional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
  • Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
  • The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
