Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in New York is seeking a qualified neurologist to join their growing Department of Neurology. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and contribute significantly to stroke care, training, and research initiatives. Ideal candidates must possess a D. Degree, complete a Neurology residency, and be board certified or eligible. This position offers competitive salaries ranging from $125K to $750K based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or equivalent).
• Completion of Neurology residency and Stroke/Vascular fellowship is required.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive stroke care within a leading multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the Zucker School of Medicine and contribute to research.
• Participate in active training programs for stroke care delivery.

Candidate Qualifications

• D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or foreign program that is similarly appropriately accredited)
• Completion of Neurology residency and Stroke/Vascular fellowship
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology
• Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York

Full‑time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
